Description

JACKSUN XCEL 810 G is a cellulosic-coated, high-strength pipe welding electrode developed for onshore and offshore pipelines, refinery piping, and high-strength structural applications. Provides deep penetration and strong arc force for open root joints. Suitable for API 5L X52–X80 line pipe steels. Delivers fast-freezing slag that supports vertical-up and overhead positions (5G/6G). Excellent for root, hot pass, fill, and cap welding. Specifically engineered for cross-country pipeline construction where high strength and toughness are required.(As per AWS A5.5 E8010-G / EN ISO 2560-A E 55 3 C 21)
