Description

JACKSUN XCEL 810 P1 is a cellulosic-coated pipe welding electrode designed for cross-country pipeline welding (5G/6G positions) where high strength and notch toughness are required. Optimized for root, hot pass, fill, and cap welding of API 5L X60–X80 grade line pipe steels. Delivers deep penetration with fast-freezing slag for reliable open root joints. Specially engineered to meet the requirements of modern high-strength pipeline steels used in oil & gas transmission. Provides smooth arc stability, easy slag removal, and excellent bead appearance.(As per AWS A5.5 E8010-P1 / EN ISO 2560-A E 55 3 C 21)
