Description

JACKSUN ULTRA 845 P2 H4R is a low-hydrogen, basic-coated, iron-powder electrode engineered for pipe welding and pressure vessel fabrication where higher strength and improved notch toughness are required. Specially formulated for P2 group steels (Cr-Mo steels) as per ASME Section IX. Provides excellent arc stability, minimal spatter, easy slag removal, and smooth bead finish. Ensures low hydrogen levels (≤ 4 ml/100 g weld metal), meeting H4R classification for moisture resistance. Suitable for root, fill, and cap passes in pipelines, boilers, and refinery piping.(As per AWS A5.5 E8045-P2 / EN ISO 2560-A E 55 5 B 3 2 H4R)
