JACKSUN MIG 80SG is a copper-coated low-alloy solid wire designed for MIG/MAG and TIG welding applications.

  • Suitable for high-strength low alloy (HSLA) steels and quenched & tempered steels.
  • Provides good toughness at low temperatures, high strength, and crack resistance.
  • Contains Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo alloying elements for improved strength and toughness.
  • Typical applications include offshore structures, pressure vessels, pipelines, shipbuilding, and heavy equipment fabrication.
