JACKSUN NOVA 410 is a martensitic stainless steel solid wire designed for MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding. It is primarily used for welding and overlaying type 410 and similar martensitic stainless steels.

  • Provides good corrosion and oxidation resistance in moderately aggressive environments.
  • Weld deposits are air-hardening martensitic, requiring preheating and post-weld heat treatment to minimize cracking.
  • Suitable for applications such as turbine components, valves, pump parts, and stainless overlays.
