Description

ROYAL FLUX 4 is a fused flux specially designed for use with EM12K submerged arc welding wires. Provides high tensile strength and impact toughness, even at low temperatures. Ensures stable arc characteristics with smooth bead appearance. Excellent slag detachability for multi-pass welding. Designed for pressure vessels, bridges, structural steel, offshore rigs, and shipbuilding. Hydrogen-controlled flux, reducing risk of cold cracking.
