Description

ROYAL FLUX B62 is a fused basic flux engineered for submerged arc welding with EM12K wires. Provides high tensile strength and excellent low-temperature impact toughness. Basicity index ≥ 1.8, offering superior resistance to hot cracking. Suitable for multi-pass welding of thick sections with low hydrogen content. Ensures good slag detachability and smooth weld bead appearance. Designed for pressure vessels, pipelines, offshore structures, bridges, and heavy fabrication.
