Description

ROYAL FLUX 81 is a versatile agglomerated flux developed for submerged arc welding with EM12K wires. Provides excellent arc stability and smooth bead appearance. Neutral flux chemistry ensures consistent weld deposit properties across a wide range of operating parameters. Exhibits good slag detachability and stable weld pool control. Suitable for single- and multi-wire SAW applications. Designed for general structural steel, pressure vessels, pipelines, bridges, and fabrication industries.
