Description

ROYAL FLUX SS is a neutral fused flux specially designed for Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) of stainless steels with corresponding ER grade wires. Provides bright, smooth, slag-free weld deposits. Designed for austenitic and martensitic stainless steels. Offers excellent corrosion resistance and low hydrogen levels. Produces welds with superior mechanical properties and low oxygen content, improving corrosion resistance. Suitable for single and multi-pass welding of stainless steels in critical applications. Ideal for pressure vessels, chemical plants, pipelines, shipbuilding, and food industry equipment.
