JACKSUN NOVA 320 is a rutile-coated stainless steel electrode designed for welding alloy 320 (25Cr–20Ni–Nb stabilized austenitic stainless steel).

  • Provides weld metal with excellent resistance to oxidation, scaling, and high-temperature corrosion.
  • The presence of niobium ensures stabilization against carbide precipitation, improving resistance to intergranular corrosion.
  • Recommended for chemical processing plants, heat exchangers, furnace components, and petrochemical applications where service temperatures are high.
  • Weld deposit has an austenitic structure with niobium carbides, maintaining toughness and strength.
