AWS A5.1: E6013

Description

Rutile-type, general-purpose mild steel electrode with excellent arc stability and smooth weld bead finish. Easy strike and restrike, suitable for both AC and DC. Soft, steady arc with minimal spatter. Excellent slag detachability and smooth, flat weld deposits. All-position welding, especially fillet welds, butt welds, and sheet metal applications. Ideal for structural steel fabrication, automobile bodywork, ducts, tanks, and light general engineering.(Conforms to AWS A5.1 E6013 and EN ISO 2560 standards)
