Description

JACKSUN XCEL 710 P1 is a cellulosic-coated, high-performance pipe welding electrode designed specifically for cross-country pipeline construction and field welding. Optimized for root pass, hot pass, fill and cap passes in 5G/6G welding positions. Produces a deep penetrating arc with fast-freezing slag for open root joints without backing. Excellent for welding line pipe steels (API 5L grades X42–X70). Ensures consistent arc stability, high deposition rate, and superior mechanical properties. Operates best with DCEP (DC+).(As per AWS A5.5 E7010-P1 / EN ISO 2560-A E 46 3 C 21)
