Description

JACKSUN XCEL 10 is a cellulose-coated, high-cellulosic sodium type electrode designed for all-position pipe welding (5G/6G). Provides a deep penetrating arc and fast-freezing slag, making it ideal for vertical-up and overhead welding. Designed for root passes in cross-country pipelines, tanks, and structural fabrication. Excellent for open root joints without backing, where quick arc force and penetration are critical. Produces a weld bead with a slightly convex profile and medium spatter.(As per AWS A5.1 E6010 / EN ISO 2560-A E 38 0 C 21)
