Description

JACKSUN NOVA 20/25/5Cu is a rutile-coated austenitic stainless steel electrode conforming to AWS A5.4 E385-16 and EN ISO 3581-A E 20 25 5 Cu R 26. Designed to weld low carbon, high alloyed stainless steels (904L / UNS N08904). High alloy content (20% Cr, 25% Ni, 5% Cu, low C) provides excellent corrosion resistance in reducing acids (sulphuric, phosphoric). Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. Weld deposit is fully austenitic, non-magnetic, with good toughness. Suitable for welding 904L stainless, high Mo-Cu alloys, and joining dissimilar stainless steels.(As per AWS A5.4 E385-16 / EN ISO 3581-A E 20 25 5 Cu R 26)
