Description

JACKSUN NOVA 2593 is a rutile-coated super duplex stainless steel electrode, classified under AWS A5.4 E2593-16 and EN ISO 3581-A E 25 9 4 N L R 26. Specifically designed for welding super duplex stainless steels (UNS S32750 / S32760). Weld metal has a balanced ferrite-austenite structure, offering very high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride-bearing environments. Provides higher PREN (>40) compared to standard duplex (E2209, E2553). Widely used in desalination plants, offshore platforms, marine industry, and chemical process equipment.(As per AWS A5.4 E2593-16 / EN ISO 3581-A E 25 9 4 N L R 26)
