JACKSUN ULTRA 945 P2 H4R is a low-hydrogen, basic-coated, iron-powder type SMAW electrode for welding Cr-Mo steels (P2 group) requiring higher tensile strength than the E8045-P2 class.
Specially designed for refinery, petrochemical, boiler, and piping applications operating at elevated temperatures.
Produces smooth welds with excellent slag detachability, and low spatter.
The H4R classification ensures very low diffusible hydrogen (< 4 ml/100 g weld metal) and moisture-resistant flux coating. Exhibits creep resistance and toughness at high service temperatures.(Conforms to AWS A5.5 E9045-P2 and EN ISO 2560 standards)
