AWS A5.4: E2595-16

JACKSUN NOVA 2595 is a rutile-coated, super duplex stainless steel electrode classified under AWS A5.4 E2595-16 and EN ISO 3581-A E 25 9 5 N L R 26.
Specially designed for super duplex stainless steels (UNS S32550 / S32750 / S32760).
Weld metal provides a balanced austenite–ferrite microstructure with very high mechanical strength and outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking.
Typical PREN > 40–45, making it one of the most corrosion-resistant electrodes in stainless steel range.
Suitable for desalination plants, offshore structures, petrochemical, and marine applications.(As per AWS A5.4 E2595-16 / EN ISO 3581-A E 25 9 5 N L R 26)
