AWS A5.4: E630-16

JACKSUN NOVA 630 is a rutile-coated precipitation-hardening stainless steel electrode conforming to AWS A5.4 E630-16 and EN ISO 3581-A E 17-4 R 26.
Specially designed for welding 17-4PH (UNS S17400, X5CrNiCuNb16-4) and other precipitation hardening stainless steels.
Deposits martensitic stainless weld metal that can be heat-treated to develop high strength and toughness.
Suitable for repair welding of 17-4PH castings and forgings.
Recommended for applications in aerospace, petrochemical, marine, and turbine components.
Weld metal provides excellent corrosion resistance and scaling resistance up to 600 °C.(As per AWS A5.4 E630-16 / EN ISO 3581-A E 17-4 R 26)(Properties may be further enhanced by heat treatment at 550–600 °C for precipitation hardening)
