AWS A5.4: E330-16

JACKSUN NOVA 330 is a rutile-coated stainless steel electrode conforming to AWS A5.4 E330-16 and EN ISO 3581-A E 25 20 R 12.
Designed for welding alloy 330 (UNS N08330) and similar heat-resistant cast steels.
Provides excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and scaling at high temperatures (up to 1150 °C).
High Ni-Cr austenitic structure ensures stability in thermal cycling applications.
Mainly used in furnace components, petrochemical, heat treatment industry equipment.(As per AWS A5.4 E330-16 / EN ISO 3581-A E 25 20 R 12)⚠️ Note: Weld deposits are fully austenitic, so hot cracking tendency is higher. Preheating or heat input control may be required.
