AWS A5.4: E309MoL-16

JACKSUN NOVA 309MoL is a rutile-coated stainless steel electrode conforming to AWS A5.4 E309MoL-16 and EN ISO 3581-A E 23 12 2 LR 12.
Designed for dissimilar welding of carbon steels/low alloy steels to stainless steels, buffer layers, and stainless cladding.
Molybdenum (2–3%) improves resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, especially in chloride environments.
Low carbon (L grade) ensures resistance against intergranular carbide precipitation, maintaining corrosion resistance at high service temperatures.
Smooth arc, easy slag removal, and excellent bead finish.(As per AWS A5.4 E309MoL-16 / EN ISO 3581-A E 23 12 2 LR 12)
