AWS A5.4: E310-16(Nr.)

JACKSUN NOVA 25/20/4Mn is a rutile-coated austenitic stainless steel electrode conforming to AWS A5.4 E310-16(Nr.) and EN ISO 3581-A E 25 20 Mn R 26.

  • Specially alloyed with high Mn (≈ 4%) to minimize hot cracking and improve weldability.
  • Produces weld metal with approx. 25% Cr, 20% Ni, and enhanced Mn, giving excellent oxidation resistance up to 1200 °C.
  • Designed for welding heat-resistant cast steels, high-temperature furnace parts, and dissimilar steels.
  • Electrode provides smooth arc, easy slag removal, and uniform bead appearance.
