JACKSUN NOVA 307

AWS A5.4: E307-16 (Nr.)

JACKSUN NOVA 307 is a rutile-coated stainless steel electrode conforming to AWS A5.4 E307-16 (Nr.) and EN ISO 3581-A E 18 8 Mn R 12.

  • Designed for welding dissimilar steels (e.g., carbon steel to stainless steel, stainless steel to low-alloy steel).
  • High Mn and Cr-Ni austenitic weld deposit, giving excellent toughness and crack resistance, even on difficult-to-weld steels.
  • Recommended for joining hard-to-weld steels, buffer layers, and repair welding of unknown steels.
  • The (Nr.) suffix indicates nuclear grade quality, with stringent control over ferrite, impurities, and toughness.
