JACKSUN NOVA 307Si is an austenitic stainless steel MIG/TIG wire alloyed with manganese (Mn) and higher silicon (Si). It is designed for:
Welding dissimilar steels such as stainless steel to mild steel or low-alloy steels.
Applications requiring high toughness, strength, and crack resistance.
High Si ensures excellent arc stability, bead shape, and wetting properties.
Commonly used in buffer layers before hardfacing and for repair welding.
