JACKSUN NOVA 307Si is an austenitic stainless steel MIG/TIG wire alloyed with manganese (Mn) and higher silicon (Si). It is designed for:

  • Welding dissimilar steels such as stainless steel to mild steel or low-alloy steels.
  • Applications requiring high toughness, strength, and crack resistance.
  • High Si ensures excellent arc stability, bead shape, and wetting properties.
  • Commonly used in buffer layers before hardfacing and for repair welding.
