AWS A5.4: E310-16

JACKSUN NOVA 310 is a rutile-coated stainless steel electrode conforming to AWS A5.4 E310-16 and EN ISO 3581-A E 25 20 R 12.

  • Designed for welding 310 stainless steels (25Cr-20Ni) and joining heat-resistant alloys.
  • Excellent oxidation and scaling resistance up to ~1200 °C in continuous service.
  • Suitable for welding furnace parts, heat exchangers, kiln linings, burners, and petrochemical equipment.
  • Weld metal has austenitic microstructure with good creep resistance.(As per AWS A5.4 E310-16 / EN ISO 3581-A E 25 20 R 12)
