JACKSUN NOVA 312 is a stainless steel solid wire designed for MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding applications. It is highly alloyed and ideal for:
Joining dissimilar steels such as stainless to carbon steel or low alloy steels.
Welding steels difficult to weld (e.g., high-carbon steels, tool steels, Mn steels).
Applications requiring crack resistance in high restraint joints.
Buffer layers before hardfacing or stainless overlays.
The weld metal has a two-phase microstructure (austenite + ferrite), providing exceptional strength and crack resistance.
