JACKSUN NOVA 347Si is a niobium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel solid wire for MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding. It is designed for welding stabilized stainless steels (such as 321 and 347), especially where intergranular corrosion resistance is required.

  • The niobium (Nb) addition stabilizes the weld metal against carbide precipitation.
  • Higher silicon (Si) content improves wetting, bead appearance, and arc stability.
  • Recommended for chemical plants, refineries, food & beverage industry, and high-temperature service.
