JACKSUN NOVA 410 is a martensitic stainless steel solid wire designed for MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding. It is primarily used for welding and overlaying type 410 and similar martensitic stainless steels.
Provides good corrosion and oxidation resistance in moderately aggressive environments.
Weld deposits are air-hardening martensitic, requiring preheating and post-weld heat treatment to minimize cracking.
Suitable for applications such as turbine components, valves, pump parts, and stainless overlays.
