JACKSUN NOVA 410NiMo is a martensitic stainless steel MIG/TIG wire containing chromium (Cr ~12%), nickel, and molybdenum. It is primarily designed for:

  • Welding similar martensitic stainless steels (e.g., 410, 414, 420 grades).
  • Applications requiring high strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance.
  • Heat-treatable martensitic weld deposits with improved toughness and crack resistance due to Ni and Mo additions.
  • Widely used in hydro-turbines, power plants, valve bodies, pumps, and high-strength components.
