JACKSUN NOVA 410NiMo is a martensitic stainless steel MIG/TIG wire containing chromium (Cr ~12%), nickel, and molybdenum. It is primarily designed for:
Welding similar martensitic stainless steels (e.g., 410, 414, 420 grades).
Applications requiring high strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance.
Heat-treatable martensitic weld deposits with improved toughness and crack resistance due to Ni and Mo additions.
Widely used in hydro-turbines, power plants, valve bodies, pumps, and high-strength components.
