JACKSUN ULTRA 818 P1 is a low-hydrogen, iron powder-coated electrode designed for high-strength pipe welding applications.

  • Optimized for root, fill, and cap passes in cross-country pipelines, boilers, pressure vessels, and structural steels.
  • Excellent mechanical properties, crack resistance, and low hydrogen diffusivity for API 5L X60–X80 grade pipe steels.
  • Produces smooth, dense welds with fine ripples and easy slag removal.
  • Specifically engineered for welding P1 group steels as per ASME Section IX.
