AWS/ASME: A5.17 EM12K

ROYAL ARCPRO 12K is a manganese-silicon alloyed submerged arc welding wire classified as EM12K.

Designed for welding mild and low alloy steels with higher strength requirements than EL8.
Provides excellent mechanical properties with good impact strength when combined with neutral/basic fluxes.
Ensures smooth arc stability, low spatter, and high deposition rates.
Suitable for pressure vessels, pipelines, bridges, offshore structures, and shipbuilding.
Performs well in single and multi-pass welding applications.
