Description

ROYAL FLUX 61 is an agglomerated neutral flux designed for submerged arc welding with EM12K wires. Provides excellent bead appearance and consistent slag detachability. Balanced basicity ensures stable arc, smooth bead profile, and uniform weld metal chemistry. Suitable for single- and multi-pass welding of structural steels, pipes, and pressure vessels. Offers good impact toughness and reliable performance under varying operating conditions. Ideal for structural fabrication, shipbuilding, pressure vessels, pipelines, and general heavy engineering.
